By accessing or using the Tagged & Found website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Tagged & Found provides dynamic QR code luggage tags and an online platform to manage them. The service allows users to link their contact information to a physical or printable QR code, which can be scanned by third parties to alert the owner of a found item.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current contact information so that scan alerts can reach you.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tagged & Found acts solely as a communication tool between the finder of an item and the item's owner. We do not guarantee the recovery of lost luggage or items.

In no event shall Tagged & Found be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to the loss of physical property, luggage, or the contents therein, even if the QR tag was attached.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of the geolocation data provided by third-party scanners, as this relies on the scanning device's permissions and network routing.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
